After signing up below, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to get setup for the challenge.

All workouts and chats will be delivered through the app “TrainHeroic” (see adjoining picture).

This is a contest to see who can get the most points in the month of January. To receive points, photo evidence must be submitted to Tyler in the chat weekly (this will all be covered in depth in the email). Points will be awarded for the following:

Steps:

  • >= 8000 steps/day
  • 1 pt per day over goal
  • Max 5 pts per week

Workout Sessions per week:

  • 1 Workout = 1 pt
  • 2 Workouts = 2.5 pts
  • 3+ Workouts = 5 pts

Lifestyle improvement

  • 1 pt each, Max 3 pts/category/week, Max 6pts/week
  • “Kill or Grow” meal with friend(s)/family
  • Gym/workout with friend(s)/family
  • Outdoor activity

Tie Breaker:

  • Weight loss – % starting BW
  • Must submit videos of weighing in before and after
